◇REALMBAZAAR

A clear, accurate listing protects both the seller and buyer. RealmBazaar native listings are separate from external marketplace references and should describe exactly what you can deliver.

Create an accurate listing

  • Use the correct game, server, region, category and trade intent.
  • Describe the item, currency amount, account or service precisely. Do not advertise stock, progression or features you cannot provide.
  • Keep the listing status current. Close or update a listing when it is sold, unavailable or materially changed.
  • Do not impersonate another seller, staff member, marketplace or game operator.

Protect your account and identity

  • Do not share passwords, recovery codes or two-factor authentication codes to prove that you own a listing.
  • Keep control of the email and security methods associated with your own accounts until a legitimate transfer step requires otherwise.
  • Be alert for fake staff messages, look-alike domains and requests to “verify” through unrelated links.

Agree on delivery before payment

  • Confirm the server, quantity, price, delivery character/location and timing in writing.
  • Keep a record of the agreed terms and completed delivery.
  • For service listings, define what is included, expected timing and what access—if any—is required before accepting payment.

External marketplace references

If RealmBazaar links to an offer you posted on another marketplace, the original marketplace remains the source for that external offer. RealmBazaar does not take ownership of that listing or become the transaction processor.

Keep listings safe and useful

Do not submit deceptive, illegal or prohibited offers. Native submissions can be held for review before publication. Repeated spam, impersonation or misleading listings can be rejected.
